Assistant F&B Manager

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, this position is responsible for assisting in the overall operation of the clubhouse, including maintaining high standards in all service operations while striving to maximize profitability. Please note this position works from April to October.

Cafe & Market Attendant

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this position provides exceptional customer service to guests in a fast paced and changing environment. Please note this position works from April to October.

Concession Attendant

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this position provides exceptional customer service to guests in a fast paced and changing environment. Please note this position works from April/May to September/October.

Custodial

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this position ensures a consistently high standard of cleanliness and service is maintained throughout the resort. Please note: This position is seasonal and works from mid-March to mid-October.

Dishwasher

Reporting to the Executive Chef, this position maintains a sanitary stock of dishes, utensils and cookware to ensure safe and efficient running of the kitchen. Please note this position works from April to October.

F&B Lead Server

Reporting to the F&B Manager, this position provides guidance and support to the team in the absence of a Manager to ensure an exceptional experience for all guests.

F&B Support Staff

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this position welcomes guests, seats them and assists the servers and bartenders in creating an exceptional experience. Please note this position works from April to October.

Golf Cart Mechanic

Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager, this position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of electric golf carts. Please note this position works from the beginning of April until mid-October.

Golf Course Ambassador

Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager this position ensures that guests receive an exceptional experience while on the golf course. This 2 day per week position earns golf privileges in exchange for work. One round is awarded per shift. Shifts are 6 hours per day. Please note this position works from the beginning of April until mid-October.

Grounds Maintenance

Reporting to the Superintendent, this position provides ongoing maintenance of the golf course greens, bunkers and irrigation to ensure the courses are always in exceptional condition for play. Please note this position works from April to October.

Host

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this position greets arriving guests, welcomes them into the establishment and seats them. Please note this position is part-time during the winter season.

Housekeeping

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this position ensures a consistently high standard of cleanliness and service is maintained throughout resort accommodation and its respective areas. Please note: this position is seasonal and works from March to September.

Housekeeping Supervisor

To oversee a team tasked with ensuring consistent high standards of cleanliness and service throughout resort accommodation and respective areas. Please note: This position may not start until January / February 2015.

Houseman

Reporting to the Banquet Supervisor, this position promotes a positive atmosphere to create an exceptional experience for guests. Please note this position works from April to October.

Laundry Attendant

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager this position ensures that all housekeeping laundry is properly and efficiently laundered and that the departments stock of clean linens, tools and supplies is maintained. Please note: this position is seasonal and works from March to October.

Line Cook

Reporting to the Executive Chef, this position accurately and efficiently prepares food as directed to ensure the effective running of the kitchen. Please note this position works from April to October.

Member Services

Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager, this position provides support in the areas of golf group event and member event coordination, membership, and Member services related activities. Please note this position works from the beginning of April until mid-October.

Practice Facility Attendant

Reporting to the Golf Operations Assistant Manager, this position is responsible for providing friendly and prompt customer service to all guests and players. Please note this position works from the beginning of April until mid-October.

Prep Cook

Reporting to the Executive Chef, this position assists in the safe and sanitary preparation of ingredients for meals to ensure the effective running of the kitchen. Please note this position works from April to October.

Server

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this position plays an integral role in creating an exceptional experience for clubhouse guests. Please note this position is part-time during the winter season.
