Our beef is purchased as whole cows from Double R Range; a widely recognized premier beef brand based in the Okanagan Valley.
What's more, anything on our menu that can be made from scratch...is. The result is a meal that may take slightly longer to prepare, but we think you'll agree it's more than worth it.
