  • A full weekend of training including mental, technique and endurance training
  • A state-of-the-art Fitness Centre and Sports Training Facility with Keiser m3 Spin bikes and a private 25m indoor lap pool

Friday: 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

  • 7:00 - 8:00 pm: Introductions and season planning primer
  • 8:00 - 9:00 pm: Video taped swim session -- during public swimming


Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • 8:00 - 10:00 am: Bike technique and training
  • 10:00 - 11:00 am: Review swim video
  • 11:00 - noon: Swim workout
  • 1:00 - 2:00 pm: Season Planning 2 - annual plan
  • 2:00 - 3:00 pm: Intensity training - training zones, energy systems
  • 3:00 - 4:00 pm: Track workout - running video
  • 4:00 - 5:00 pm: Review running video


Sunday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm           
       

  • 8:00 - 9:00 am: Run workout - long run
  • 9:00 - 10:00 am: Season Planning 3 - building workouts
  • 10:00 - 11:00 am: Nutrition - season and race
  • 11:00 - noon: Swim workout
  • 1:00 - 2:00 pm: Bike workout
  • 2:00 - 3:00 pm: Wrap up - managing your plan, preparing to race, motivation, resources
