Winemakers Dinner with Ex Nihilo Winery

We invite you to join us for dinner with Ex Nihilo Winery of Winfield. Ex Nihilo Winery won the People's Choice Award for "favourite red wine" at the Winter Carnival Wine Gala this year.

Enjoy a 4-course dinner paired with wine on Tuesday, March 30 at 6:30 pm.

The cost is $98 per person plus taxes and gratuities and we are offering a limited number of tickets.

EX NIHILO VINEYARDS MERLOT 2006

Classic Merlot with a rich ruby-red color and an expressive nose of raspberry, cherry, dark chocolate and allspice. A silky mouthful of black cherry fruit and a balanced finish. An elegant wine which is approachable now and whose structure will show added complexities over the next 5 - 8 years.

EX NIHILO VINEYARDS Night 2006

Night is an intense, yet elegant blend of equal parts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. This Bordeaux style wine is perfectly balanced with aromas of rich raspberry, tobacco leaves and coffee beans. The palate reveals flavors of cherry, chocolate and an earthiness that is supported by soft tannins and a finish that lasts as long as a clear Okanagan summer night.

Reserve Icewine Caramel and baked apple, accented with notes of peach and pineapple. The palate further reveals the wine's complexity with flavours of mango and dried apricots.This wine will also gain complexity with additional cellaring, estimated at 6 - 8 years.
