Leonard Harvey
Len brings over 50 years of teaching experience with him to Predator Ridge Golf Resort. Len is a native of Winnipeg, Manitoba and in 1953 and 1954 he won the Manitoba Open Championship. He joined the CPGA in 1954and was the Head Professional at 3 different Country Clubs in Winnipeg over a 27 year period. Len represented Canada in the Carling World Championship at Royal Birkdale in England and at the Board of Trade Country Club in Toronto. He then moved to Phoenix, Arizona and spent 28 years teaching there. Prior to joining Predator Ridge in 2000, he spent three summers instructing at the John Jacobs Golf School in Kelowna, BC.

Sean Richardson
Sean has been working at golf courses since the age of nine, starting his career at the 108 Golf Resort. With stops at the Quilchena Golf Club, Crown Isle Resort, Musqueam Golf Club, the Falls Golf Club and Mayfair Lakes Golf Club prior to becoming the Royal Canadian Golf Association Regional Coach, and most recently, the British Columbia Golf Association Provincial Coach, Sean has worked with some of the brightest young golfers in Canada. Sean brings an enthusiasm to his coaching and enables his students to achieve their goals regardless of if they are looking to develop their game over time or compete at the highest level.

Shawn Paduano
Shawn is new to the Okanagan - he was raised in Alberta and spent six years in the Kootenays prior to arriving at Predator Ridge in early 2007. He got his start in the industry in the back shop at Earl Grey Golf Club in Calgary where he worked throughout high school, later moving to Kananaskis Country Golf Course while attending the University of Calgary.

In 1993, he entered the Canadian PGA Apprentice program and became an Assistant Golf Professional at D'Arcy Ranch Golf Club. Shawn moved on to Heritage Pointe Golf Club in DeWinton in 1996, Alberta where he was named Alberta PGA Assistant Professional of the year in 1999. Mr. Paduano then moved to St. Eugene Golf Resort and Casino in 2001 as the Head Golf Professional. In 2006, he was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Professional Golf Association of British Columbia.

Neil Schmidt
Neil started playing golf at the age of 10 as a junior member of Kelowna Golf and Country Club. A keen player, he worked hard to earn several club championships and a college scholarship to California. He became a carded Canadian PGA Professional in 1991. As a professional, Neil has worked at Kelowna Golf and Country Club, The Harvest Golf Club and Osoyoos Golf & Country Club prior to joining the Professional He joined Predator Ridge Golf Resort in the 2004 season.

Shane Pugliese
Shane grew up in Kelowna playing the Okanagan junior golf tour. He completed a "Professional Golf Management" Program at Victoria's Camosun College and became a member of CPGA in 1995. He plays many professional events and has enjoyed teaching both adults & juniors the game of golf at Kelowna Golf & Country Club for more than a decade. Shane joins the Predator Ridge Professional Staff in the 2006 season and is excited about bringing teaching experience and golf knowledge to Predator Ridge.

Elaine Galozo
Elaine was a well-known junior golfer growing up in the Okanagan and turned Professional at 21 years of age. Her customer expertise and golf knowledge were further developed and expanded while working at Capilano Golf & Country Club, West Vancouver. After two years at Capilano, Elaine moved to Vancouver Golf Club where she completed her CPGA training and taught for 8 years.

With expanding opportunities and the lure of the Okanagan lifestyle, Elaine moved back to Vernon with her family in 2002. Predator Ridge is pleased to have her warm personality and high level of professionalism on our staff.
