Gorgeous Golf at Predator Ridge

Predator Ridge Golf Resort is proud to host the 2008 TELUS World Skins

The 2008 TELUS World Skins Game is returning to the site of one of the most memorable events in Canadian Skins Game history. Predator Ridge Golf Resort, will host the event in June. To mark the occasion, the annual summer golf event will again celebrate the best in international golf with the ‘world’ theme made popular at last year’s TELUS World Skins Game at the Raven Golf Club at Lora Bay in Ontario.

The event will take place Monday, June 16 and Tuesday, June 17 and will feature five of the top names in international golf, each representing a different country. The intimate, relaxed setting of the Skins Game format allows players to engage with the cameras and the crowds as they compete against each other for pride and prize money at the picturesque Predator Ridge.

"We are thrilled to bring the TELUS World Skins Game back to Predator Ridge and the beautiful Okanagan Valley," said Steve Podborski, executive director of TELUS Sport Marketing. "As one of the most beautiful golf courses in the country, in a region with some of the most passionate fans, TELUS is confident that Predator Ridge will be a perfect host for some of the biggest names in professional golf."

The TELUS World Skins Game is a highlight of the Canadian summer sporting schedule, not only for Canadian golf fans, but for the local community as well. This event is expecting 1000’s of spectators and international media coverage that will highlight Predator Ridge Golf Resort and the community of Vernon as a premier destination in the Okanagan Valley.
