We understand that building a home is a highly personal experience and many people view it as an opportunity to reflect their individual taste. For this reason we will accommodate custom designed homes on some of our Executive and Estate Homesites.
To protect and preserve the overall design integrity of the resort, all plans need to meet the Predator Ridge Architectural Guidelines. Within these guidelines, you can choose to combine features from any of the existing Predator Ridge home plans or create your own completely custom dream home. Custom home plans are built by Predator Ridge Construction, ensuring the high level of quality that we stand for — and you deserve.
