Plus Homeowners receive exclusive pricing on our golf memberships with one of two courses reserved solely for members each day. Best of all, our homes come complete with landscaping services, leaving our Owners with plenty of time to take care of what is really important in life.

Working with us

Predator Ridge offers a co-operating commission program for licensed realtors. Register your clients with Predator Ridge and if they purchase, we will pay you 3% on the first $100,000 and 1.5% on the balance. You will receive 50% of the commission payable on a firm contract and 50% upon completion.

We leave it to you to determine the extent of your involvement with your client at Predator Ridge. Assist your client through the entire purchasing process or simply have them drop by the Sales Centre with your business card. Accompany your client to Predator Ridge and work with us through the entire sales process, or bring them up to the resort the first time and we will keep you updated on your client’s progress. Please let us know your preference on how you would like us to get involved with you and your client.
