Fitness Centre


Open year-round, our spacious onsite gym and Fitness Centre features all of the amenities of a private club including: indoor lap pool, steam rooms, hot tub, group fitness classes, studio, cardio equipment, weight-training machines, free-weights and a range of training tools.


  • 25m lap pool, hot tub and steam rooms 
  • Brightly lit conditioning room equipped with free-weights and Life Fitness Signature Series weight-training machines
  • Cardio equipment including treadmills, elipticals, stair climber and keiser bikes
  • Training tools including Bosu balls, stability boards, stretching mats, resistance bands, fit sticks, and medicine balls
  • Exercise studio for stretching, yoga or fitness classes
  • Organized classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Group Weights, Cycle Circuit/Spin, Fusion and Masters Swim Technique
  • Personal instruction in fitness including: swim techniques, tennis or guided trail walks available on demand
  • Tennis courts 
  • SPRING/SUMMER/FALL: Basketballs and tennis racquets available + Bicycle rentals (for a fee)
  • WINTER:  Snowshoe rentals available (for a fee)


With 20 co-ed group fitness classes offered per week, the Fitness Centre has something for everyone.

Classes include:  a variety of Yoga practices, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, Body Barre, Stretch & Core, Fitness, Beginner & Technique Swim, Aquafit & more

All classes are led by professional accredited instructors and general last one hour.

Fitness Classes are available for a fee.  Class prices:

  • BEST DEAL:  One month unlimited classes = $75/person*
  • 10x Punch Pass = $110*
  • Drop-in = $14*

Throughout the year, the Fitness Centre also hosts weekly Sunday Yoga Workshops between 2:00pm - 4:00pm.  Workshop topics change and offer a variety of practices including yin, flow, restore and more.

Pre-registration for workshops is required by phone, in-person or by email.  Workshop prices:

  • Predator Ridge Homeowner = $25/person*
  • Guest = $30/person*
