Low Intensity Weekly Fitness Classes Available

Due to province-wide restrictions, we are once again offering some of our low intensity group exercise classes.  More classes will be offered, as provincial restrictions open. See calendar below. 

All of our fitness classes operate under our COVID-19 operating plan, which ensures safety is at the forefront of everything we do here at the Fitness Centre. All classes are held in either our temporary fitness space in the lower level of the Clubhouse or in the Fitness Centre pool. Both spaces allow us to provide more than the recommended 2.5 metres between participants and increased ventilation to ensure everyone's safety. 


The Fitness Centre at Predator Ridge offers co-ed group fitness classes every week. Below you will find a list of Fitness Classes & Workshops available at Predator Ridge.

Classes include:  a variety of Yoga practices, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, Body Barre, Stretch & Core, Fitness, Beginner & Technique Swim, Aquafit & more

All classes are led by professional accredited instructors and general last one hour.

Please note that in order to keep our fitness centre and equipment in peak condition, we do enforce a strict clean indoor only (closed toe) shoe policy for anyone wanting to use the fitness area. Thank you for your cooperation.


Fitness Classes are available for a fee.  Class prices:

  • BEST DEAL:  One month unlimited classes = $85/person*
  • 10x Punch Pass = $115*
  • Drop-in = $20*

Yoga Sunday Workshop prices:

  • Predator Ridge Homeowner = $30/person*
  • Guest = $40/person*

* prices exclude applicable tax
