Foodies rejoice! As the leaves change colour and the courses close for the season, Predator Ridge is expanding options for food and beverage at the resort community with extended hours, cooking classes and much more.
Range Lounge & Grill will be open five nights a week, with featured theme nights. Pallino's Bistro will be open seven days a week for lunch and Commonage Market will remain open seven days a week with the same hours that you're used to.

Plan your week around Feature Nights
If you have a difficult time planning out your meals for the week, Predator Ridge has a solution. Every Wednesday to Sunday at Range Lounge & Grill, you can count on a crowd favourite being served up starting at 4:00pm. Check out what’s on the menu!
Wing Wednesdays - Choose from hot, bourbon BBQ, salt & pepper, cilantro lime and teriyaki wings and take 50% off the regular price on Wednesdays from 4:00pm to 10:00pm
Curry Thursdays - This feature night takes you on a trip around the world as Chef Sanjaya cooks up a different flavour curry dish each Thursday from 4:00pm to 10:00pm
Oyster Fridays - TGIF - it’s Oyster time! On Friday afternoons from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, enjoy a selection of BC oysters, all from sustainable sources.
Date Night Saturdays - Relax and unwind on Saturday evening with a delicious 3-course dinner paired with featured BC wines and a special someone for date night.
Appy Sundays - Take in a Sunday afternoon game on the big screen while indulging in 2-for-1 appies from 4:00pm to 10:00pm
Happy Hour - Every Wednesday to Sunday at Range Lounge & Grill has a Happy Hour. In fact, there are actually two! From 4:00pm to 6:00pm, enjoy $10 6oz glasses of wine, $15 9oz glasses of wine, $5.50 highballs, and $5 feature cocktails.
Cooking Classes - Back by popular demand!
Predator Ridge cooking classes offer residents and visitors the opportunity to learn how to make delicious eats with our award-winning chefs in our kitchen classroom. There is a maximum of 12 people per class, so make sure to book your spot early!
Sushi Making Class
After this class with Sushi Chef Eric Lee, you won’t have to depend on takeout for your sushi craving anymore! In November, learn the basics of making some of your favourite sushi rolls.
Christmas Baking Class
In November, the kitchen classroom will be filled with the smells of Christmas baked goods. Join award-winning chef Tina Tang as she teaches you how to make some holiday favourites.
Christmas Chocolate & Candy Making Class
Do you have a sweet tooth? In November, Predator Ridge’s award-winning pastry chef will be showing attendees how to make a selection of delicious Christmas chocolates and candies.

Santa Claus is coming to town! Sunday Brunch with Santa is returning to Predator Ridge this December. Reserve your spot to enjoy Christmas themed brunch items and get your photo taken with Santa himself. Secure your spot early, as these events sell out every year.
