Sushi Saturdays

Our Sushi Saturdays are back. Enjoy a new feature every Saturday afternoon this summer at Range Lounge & Grill with Sushi Saturdays.

Chef Kyuchul Lee (Eric) joins the Predator Ridge Culinary team with over 9 years of experience as a sushi chef.  Born and raised in South Korea, Chef Lee is a graduate of the Okanagan College Culinary program.

Every week Chef Lee will be serving a variety of sushi dishes in Range Lounge & Grill on Saturday between 2:00pm - 5:00pm.

Sushi Saturday Menu

Sashimi (6 pieces) - $16*
sockeye salmon + kanpachi + ahi

Maki (6 pieces) - $10*
kappa - cucumber, nori, rice
salmon - nori, rice
tuna - nori, rice

Avocado Roll (8 pieces) - $10*
avocado + nori + black sesame seeds

California Roll (8 pieces) - $11*
cucumber + avocado + crab + nori

Dynamite Roll (8 pieces) - $12*
cucumber + avocado + tempura prawns + nori

Yam Roll (8 pieces) - $10*

avocado + furikake + tempura flakes + spicy mayo + unagi sauce

Aburi (6 pieces) - $12*
salmon oshi - smoked salmon + sockeye salmon + jalapeno + unagi sauce + soy aioli
