Enjoy freshly made in house sushi every Wednesday between 4:00 - 8:00pm this fall and winter at Range Lounge & Grill.

Chef Kyuchul Lee (Eric) is a member of the Predator Ridge Culinary team with over a decade of experience as a sushi chef.  Born and raised in South Korea, Chef Lee is a graduate of the Okanagan College Culinary program.

Every week Chef Lee serves up a variety of fresh sushi dishes in Range Lounge & Grill on Wednesday between 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
