Culinary Classes at Predator Ridge

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND, PREDATOR RIDGE COOKING CLASSES!

Join us for our 3rd season of cooking class series hosted by the chefs at Predator Ridge!  These intimate classes are great fun for singles, couples or a great gift for your favourite foodie! 

Book early as these popular classes regularly sell out. Only 12 students per class, so space is limited!  

♦ VEGAN COOKING CLASS
DATE:  Wednesday, January 9, 2019
CLASS:  4:00 - 6:00pm
Work with Chef Nigel King to learn how to plan a whole food plant based (nutritarianism) way of eating to prevent and reverse disease. Enjoy wine while you cook and take your creations home with you.

♦ SUSHI MAKING CLASS

CLASS:  4:00 - 6:00pm
Join Predator Ridge's Sushi Chef, Eric Lee in the kitchen classroom and learn the basics of making sushi. Enjoy wine while you cook and take your creations home with you.

♦ TRADITIONAL FRENCH COOKING CLASS

CLASS:  4:00 - 6:00pm
Work with Restaurant Chef Nik Roy to learn how to make fondue, alsatian tarts & more. Enjoy wine while you cook and take your creations home with you.
