* All renters are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a security deposit. Renters have the option to choose the unit of their choice, based on current availability.
Our Long Term rental contracts run from October 1 – April 30th. You qualify for our long term rate if you stay for a consecutive 30 days or a full month. If you would like to leave before original contract date we require two weeks written notice within the current month of rental. All payments for the rent and damage deposit are to be made via Cash, Personal Cheque, Credit Card or Direct Debit. The damage deposit payment is due with the signed agreement to confirm your reservation. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, this must be received in writing more than 15 days prior to your actual arrival date to receive a full refund of your Damage Deposit. If notice is received less than 15 days in advance of your arrival date the Damage Deposit is non-refundable.
Upon check-in, a payment of one (1) month’s rent is due and these payments are also to be made via Cash, Debit, Credit Card or Personal Cheque. You may choose to leave post-dated cheques for subsequent months, if you prefer, otherwise additional rent payments can be made in person at the Front Desk on the Date of check-in of each month.
