Meet Brad Pelletier, Our Senior Vice President
One of the best parts of Predator Ridge is our team of loyal and dedicated staff that put their all into delivering a world-class experience to our community, members and guests.
One thing you may not know and that we’re most proud of is how many team members we have who have been here for 10 years+. Through our 30th anniversary celebrations, we will showcase and introduce you to a new team member (or two) each week who is in our decade club.
In our final #TeamPred staff feature, we’re introducing you to Brad Pelletier, our fearless leader who will soon be celebrating his 10th anniversary at Predator Ridge. Since July 2011, Brad has been leading the Predator Ridge team and brand with his vision and enthusiasm for our community. Brad’s first experience with Predator Ridge was in the late 1990’s when he was the Managing Director of IMG Canada and brought the Skins brand to our community.
What’s your favourite Predator Ridge Memory?
I have so many great memories over the course of my 10 years….neighborhood launches, Bollywood Bang, homeowner events but my favorite and most embarrassing memory has to be the surprise line dance for our homeowners as part of our 25th Anniversary Rodeo. We had multiple rehearsals with our management team which ended up in tears of laughter. As my wife can attest dancing in front people is one of my biggest fears but on this occasion it was worth it……for embarrassment sake here it is again!
What’s your favourite part of working at Predator Ridge?
I have had the opportunity during my career to work in exciting businesses with talented teams and I can honestly say that it is the complexity of this business and the amazing team we have assembled that keeps me motivated.
I have stepped foot on every project of note in this country and can confidently say that what makes Predator Ridge unique and a category leader is our people and their commitment to creating something very special! To see this project evolve from the time I first experienced it in the late 1990’s has been amazing.
What personal accomplishment are you most proud of that you completed at Predator Ridge?
I am most proud of how we have evolved as a community from what started as a rural golf course to a golf course residential community to today which is a thriving year round resort community. I am also most proud of the fact that no matter the challenge the team is poised and experienced in navigating through it. COVID has been the ultimate test and I am so proud of how quickly we put our plans in place to support our homeowners and stakeholders. It has bonded us further as a team and community and that makes me so #PRPROUD!
I also want to recognize all those employees past and present who have contributed to our success and my good friend Rod Cochrane, who I worked with early in my career and is an honor to now both be part of this amazing team.
Fun fact about you?
I feel as if I am a true Canadian having lived in 8 cities and 5 provinces in Canada. I have also had the opportunity to work with some of the most amazing Canadian athletes like Mike Weir, Steve Nash, Wayne Gretzky, and Sidney Crosby. I am also a diehard Habs fan but that’s no secret!!!!!
