Meet Our Our Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, Nathan Mcpherson
One of the best parts of Predator Ridge is our team of loyal and dedicated staff that put their all into delivering a world-class experience to our community, members and guests.
One thing you may not know, and that we’re most proud of is how many team members we have who have been here for 10 years+. Through our 30th anniversary celebrations, we will showcase and introduce you to a new team member (or two) each week who is part of our decade club.
This week we’re featuring Nathan McPherson, our Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. Nathan joined the Predator Ridge team in 2007 as a seasonal employee and began full-time in 2010. He is a huge reason why our golf courses look as great as they do!
Favourite Predator Ridge Memory?
My favourite memory would be the skins. It was fun to prep the course and then watch the rounds after.
What’s your favourite part of working at Predator Ridge?
My favourite part of working at predator ridge would just be being up in the mornings and working with the crew. We’ve had a really good crew over the years with lots of returning employees.
What personal accomplishment are you most proud of that you completed at Predator Ridge?
Some personal accomplishments I’m proud of are taking part in various projects over the years such as the driving range reconstruction and 4-hole Reno’s. They were a lot of work and required long hours, but they look pretty good now.
Fun fact about you?
David Feherty called one of the pins I set for the skins game crooked on tv. But I’m over that now…
