Meet Shelley Sanford, One Of Our Key Food & Beverage Team Members

One of the best parts of Predator Ridge is our team of loyal and dedicated staff that put their all into delivering a world-class experience to our community, members and guests.

One thing you may not know and that we’re most proud of is how many team members we have who have been here for 10 years+. Through our 30th anniversary celebrations, we will showcase and introduce you to a new team member (or two) each week who is in our decade club.

This week we’re featuring Shelley Sanford, one of our key team members on our Food & Beverage team. Shelley joined the Predator Ridge team in 2002 and is an integral part of our dining and guest experience, working year-round at both Range Lounge & Grill and Pallino’s. If you’ve dined with us, we guarantee you’ve had a great experience delivered by Shelley.

Favourite Predator Ridge Memory?

The 2016 Rodeo Predator Ridge style, with a private concert performed by Tom Cochrane with Red Ryder live on stage on our driving range. Simply phenomenal!

What’s your favourite part of working at Predator Ridge?

Honestly my favourite part of working at Predator Ridge is the many significant relationships I’ve created over the years. Predator Ridge has evolved and is now a four-season resort, with a wide variety of amenities, which has created an incredible community. It has been astounding to see the change, and growth over the years, and feel like I have been a part of it.

What personal accomplishment are you most proud of that you completed at Predator Ridge?

During the lockdown there was a lot we didn’t know. What we did know is that we wanted to work hard to support our community and have them feel safe and secure. We were operating exclusively out of Pallino’s offering takeout and personalized delivery. The support from the community was overwhelming.

Some homeowners would order multiple times a week just to support us. We had a tight knit team that worked closely out of a small space for many weeks providing great food and service to our community. Working during this trying time brought the community, and our team closer than ever.

My maiden name is TRUMP (or maybe that’s not fun haha!)
