Each and every ingredient on our menu is as locally and responsibly sourced, and as fresh as we can get it. 

Our Oceanwise™ seafood is caught or farmed in ways that consider the long-term vitality of harvested species and the well-being of the oceans. 

All our meats are purchased from local and widely recognized premier brands based in the Okanagan Valley. 

And what's a meal without dessert?  Well you've definitely got to try dessert here.  Our Pastry Chef is an award-winning local artist who creates desserts that taste just as good as they look.
