What to Expect:

Reporting to the SVP, this position is responsible for shaping the overall sales strategy and performance management while ensuring its alignment with the company’s objectives. You already have a proven track record and reputation in the industry and can implement innovative strategies to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Plan, lead, and execute the designed sales experience.
  • Developing and communicating revenue targets to management, and individual sales goals to the sales team.
  • Creating strong relationships with our developer partners and local brokerages.
  • Motivating and inspiring employees in a team culture to meet sales targets that match the company’s goals.
  • Build and effectively lead, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Act as an external ambassador for Predator Ridge; expand awareness of the organization and actively engage in lead generation and management.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications to create innovative initiatives and ensure the effective management of leads and customers in our CRM database.
  • Monitor industry trends and current market developments to understand the direction of the industry and the impact on Predator Ridge offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a Real Estate sales team.
    • In a Resort environment an asset but not required.
  • Proven ability to build innovative sales strategies and understanding current technology applications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Land Development and Home Construction.
  • Incredible attention to detail to properly oversee purchasing & sale contracts.
  • Must be current in legislation of purchase & sale agreements.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and negotiation skills.
  • Results driven with a good understanding of market and industry conditions.
  • Ability to understand and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish trusted relationships.
  • Ability to be efficient working in a diverse team environment.
  • Real Estate license is an asset but not required.
  • Experience working with luxury brands or international experience an asset.
