Junior Golf

Our SLAK Learn to Golf program assists junior golfers in developing technical skills as well as introduces them to on-course play, all while having FUN! This pairs well with our Predator Ridge Swing Like a Kid membership, one of the best-value memberships in the Okanagan Valley.

SPRING SEMESTER (May & June) includes:

• SLAK Classes: May 6 – June 24 | Mondays @ 4:00-5:00pm
• SLAK On-Course 5-holes: May 19 & June 23 | 5:00pm tee times (Parent or Guardian required for on-course component)
• PRICE: $325 plus tax (minimum 4 juniors needed for program to run)

SUMMER SEMESTER (July & August) includes:

• SLAK Classes: July 8- Aug 26 | Mondays 4:00pm-5:00pm
• SLAK On-Course (5 holes): July 21 & August 18 | 5:00pm tee times (Parent or Guardian required for on-course component)
• PRICE: $325 plus tax (minimum 4 juniors needed for program to run)

Take your junior’s golf game to the next level by joining the Junior Development Program at Predator Ridge. This program is perfect for kids between the ages 10 – 15 and is a great opportunity for them to experience our world class golf courses and practice facility. Register for the Spring Series, Summer Series or both!

Each semester includes:

• 5 x 45-minute private lessons. 
• 5 x 1 hour group practices.
  Spring Semester:  Thursdays 5pm – 6pm

• 2 x 1 hour on course group practices.
  Spring Semester:  Thursdays 5pm – 6pm
  • May 9
  • June 6
• 2024 Practice Facility Unlimited Pass (for the duration of your series).
• Take home notes and videos from each private lesson.
• Predator Ridge Academy swag bag.

Total cost: $750* per series

This program is limited to a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 juniors. Private lessons will be booked directly through the instructor.

For the Junior golfer pursuing competitive golf or collegiate golf. This program will focus on creating a solid technical foundation, on-course skills, course management, tournament preparation and more. The program features a combination of bi-weekly private lessons and bi-weekly group practices.

The Season Long program includes:

• 12x 55-min private lessons.
• 12x group practices with Coach K (Alternating Wednesdays @ 4:30pm starting Apr 10).
• 1x pre-season skills testing (4-8 hours) TBD likely Mar 23 or 30. *9h Green fee extra.
• 1x pre-season TPI screen and personalized pregame stretching exercises.
• 3x Group on-course 9h | Coach observes 1h | (May, June, Aug) likely Tues PM.
• Homework practice challenges on non-group practice weeks.
• 1x Zone 2 in-tournament observation (May 5th KGCC).
• Min. of 4x Mental training (group) with Coach Mackenzie Barrie (After group practices).
• Min. of 4x TPI golf fitness training (group) with Coach Tracey Janes Jacob (After group practices).
• Tournament Preparation & Review.
• Online Support outside of lesson time.
• Online support when traveling for tournaments.
• Goal Setting and assistance with competitive schedule.
