A Predator Ridge Homeowner Membership (HOM) is only available to homeowners & property owners at Predator Ridge. 

A Homeowner Membership allows for a second member including a spouse, significant other or someone on title of the home.

All Homeowner Memberships are attached to the title of the property.

Details:

Initiation Fee:  $50,000*

Annual Dues: $5,800 per person*  |  Monthly Dues: $483.33 per person per month*

Couples Dues: $10,440 per couple*  |  Monthly Dues: $870.00 per person per month*

• Unlimited play on the private Members Course – subject to availability and the Predator Ridge course rotation schedule.
• Priority advanced booking privileges and full access to the Members Course.
• Access to the Resort Course at no charge if booked within 24 hours.
• Participation in the Member’s discount program.
• Preferred member guest green fees.
• Complimentary shared use of a golf cart.
• Unlimited use of the practice facility.
• Access to Members Services on the day of play, which includes complimentary coffee, tea and daily pastries.
• Participation in the Predator Ridge Reciprocal Club Program.
• Account charging privileges (processed monthly to member’s pre-authorized credit card).
• Access to member activities, functions and events (such as club tournaments, leagues and social events.
• Complimentary access to the golf course for all children and grandchildren of dues paying members if accompanied by the parent or grandparent (Children 18-years and under, some restrictions apply.)
