Online Golf Fitness Program with Kyla

6-Week Pre-Season Golf Fitness 2021

Get ready for the 2021 golf season from the comforts of home with an exclusive online golf fitness program, with the one and only, Kyla Inaba. 

Follow Kyla, a certified TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) coach as she takes you through a 6-week fitness program, designed to activate muscles used in your golf swing in preparation for the golf season and to decrease early season injury.  The 3 main goals of this program are:

  1. To increase mobility
  2. To decrease the risk of injury when the golf season starts
  3. To decrease pain in your golf swing

A new "workout of the week" instructional video will be posted every Monday for 6 weeks.  The first 3 weeks will focus on golf mobility & stability.  The final 3 weeks will focus on golf mobility and strengthening.

  • Chair (for floor exercise modifications)
  • Dumbbells (light or medium) or a container
