At Predator Ridge, we know the importance of pets in our lives and the role they play as members of our family. Over half of our residents own at least one pet and we’re seeing more guests traveling with their dogs.

That’s why our pet friendly community, offers our residents & guests a wide variety of amenities that cater to your four legged friends.

DOG WALKS

Whether you live here or you’re just here for a visit, you and your pooch will love your daily walks.  Choose to explore the nature that surrounds our 1,300 acres by walking our maintained 35km+ of walking/hiking trails. Or choose to walk our immaculately groomed neighbourhoods, all with a speed limit of 30km/h, which means you won’t have to worry about high speeding vehicles ruining your walk!

GOLF WITH YOUR DOG SUNDAYS

We’re proud to be one of the only golf courses in Canada and the first course in the Okanagan to offer dog friendly tee times every Sunday after 4pm. There is no added cost for your four legged friend to join you on the course and dog free times are always available for those who would prefer to play on their own.  Dogs are required to be on leash at all times on the course as well as abide by our dog friendly tee time rules & regulations.

PET FRIENDLY PATIOS

Our outdoor patios at Commonage Market and Pallino’s are dog friendly, meaning you & your four legged friend can extend your walk and come take a break to enjoy one of our gourmet coffees/teas or handmade pizzas at Pallino’s.

    DOG STATIONS

    One of the things we’re most proud of is how clean our community is.  To keep cleanliness top of mind, we’ve installed Dog Stations with dog bags and garbage’s conveniently located throughout the community.

    Located in the Predator Ridge Lodge, the Commonage Market offers general groceries, a wide variety of local and international wines, beers and spirits, and pet friendly products.

    Pet Friendly Accommodation

    Our Lodge and vacation home rentals offer dog friendly accommodation options for those traveling with their dogs. Our pet fees are $35/night with $5 going to the BCSPCA. For longer term stays, we offer $200/week pet fees, saving you $45/week.

    Yappy Hour

    Get social at the Predator Ridge dog park with our weekly Yappy Hour events. Your dog can enjoy socializing with other dogs, while you socialize with other local dog lovers. No drinks are served at Yappy Hour, but it’s just as fun – we promise!

    8:00am – 9:00am: dedicated to large dogs

    9:00am – 10:00am: dedicated to small dogs

    All dogs are welcome during Yappy Hour. If you have a small dog that gets along better with big dogs (or vice versa), feel free to bring them to either meetup.
