As a Homeowner, Golf or Tennis/Pickleball Member you are entitled to various benefits and access to onsite amentities as listed below by group. Please take a look at the card type in your digital wallet, and find the associated details here. Please keep in mind that there are multiple types of cards depending on which memberships you hold. This pass also connects you to our new communication system used to deliver urgent and timely important notices happening in our community, unobtrusively to your phone.

• Pays inactive fee (50% of annual dues) and pays reduced green fee rate

All Inactive Homeowner Members:

• Four (4) days advanced booking privileges and full access to the Members Course
• Access to Members Services on the day of play, which includes complimentary coffee, tea and daily pastries.
• Account charging privileges (processed monthly to member’s pre-authorized credit card).
• Use of Practice Facility on day of play only.
• Participate in Predator Ridge Reciprocal Club Program

·       Preferred rates when accessing the Commons Racquet Club

·       Access to Sparkling Hill’s Kurspa**

Access & Amenities:

• Pays inactive fee (50% of annual dues) and pays reduced green fee rate
• Four (4) days advanced booking privileges and full access to the Members Course
• Access to Members Services on the day of play, which includes complimentary coffee, tea and daily pastries.
• Account charging privileges (processed monthly to member’s pre-authorized credit card).
• Use of Practice Facility on day of play. Practice Facility passes will be available to purchase at a discounted rate.

• Preferred rates when accessing the Commons Racquet Club

​​​​​As a Golf Member on medical leave, you do not have access to the Practice Facility, Member Services, or the Golf Course. To adjust your status, please contact memberservices@predatorridge.com

TERMS & CONDITIONS

* Some restrictions may apply. Food and Beverage: Restrictions apply. In all food and beverage outlets, discounts are exclusively applied to the FOBI pass holder only and are not extended to the entire table or cheque. There are no exceptions. In RANGE, Pallino’s Bistro and concessions, discount only applies to food products made in-house. No discount is provided on liquor. In Commonage Market, discounts only apply to Starbucks menu and food items made in-house. Golf Shop: Standard discount does not apply on golf equipment, balls, footwear, bags, Lululemon and sale items. Preferred pricing (where applicable) will be applied at Point of Sale. Golf Access: Complimentary access for children and grandchildren applies to Children 18-years and under, some restrictions apply. Practice Facility: Homeowner Members and Golf Members have complimentary access to the Practice Facility, other users may access the Practice Facility for a fee. Commons Racquet Club Shop: Excludes tennis balls and pickleballs. There are no discounts on these items. Commons Racquet Club: Court fees apply. Fitness Centre: Homeowners are permitted to bring one guest as per the Fitness Centre Policy.  

** Predator Ridge Homeowners (and up to 2 guests) are permitted access to KurSpa at Sparkling Hill Resort, through use of limited daily access passes, available for a fee. The homeowner must be present for the visit. Effective immediately, any homeowner who wishes to access KurSpa must present their FOBI digital wallet ID pass upon arrival. Physical cards or letters will no longer be accepted
