Why can’t members see the names of existing reservations?
This was resolved on The Chronogolf App only. This is soon to be resolved on website bookings.
Can you display the name of the course that we’re booking on?
This is now functional on Chronogolf and will soon be functional on GolfBack (used for Lottery bookings).
If there is a double booking it mentions that there is a “conflict” but gives no mention as to who the conflict is.
The conflict will now be noted.
I am struggling to book on the Resort Course on the ChronoGolf App, even within the 24 hour window.
This has been resolved.
When I look on my reservations tab, I do not see all of my reservations.
All reservations will show.
How can I see existing reservations on website bookings?
You can now view existing reservations when booking tee times online. Once the weekly lottery has been completed, Members will be able to view the tee-sheet.
Is there a report that we can run to see current points of our membership?
As was the case within the Jonas system, a report of your lottery points can be shown to you by scheduling an appointment with Member Experience Manager Russ Bischoff rbischoff@predatorridge.com. This will be available within Lightspeed before July 1.
Can the confirmation go to all Members on a booking?
This has been resolved, and all Members on a booking should now be receiving confirmation emails.
Can we remove the ability for redundant member bookings?
This has been resolved.
Is there a way we can have the ability to search the Member’s database for lottery groups?
This has been resolved.
Items In Progress:
We continue to actively work with the Lightspeed IT team on the below issues, and will communicate with you once these items have been resolved:
- Lottery tee-time requests on the half-hour rather than just at the top of the hour
- Group bookings option for lottery requests
- Editing bookings on the live tee-sheet
- Editing lottery requests prior to lottery
- Course ID included on booking page
