Q: Will I be able to book in advance for day spa access without a spa appointment?
A: There will be space for day guests based on availability at the time of booking on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Q: How will I know my day guest access is confirmed or not?
A: At the time of booking you will be asked to provide an e-mail address, confirmation will then be sent to confirm your access and kept on file for your arrival.
Q: Will I ever be denied KurSpa access?
A: KurSpa will be offering availability to as many day guests as possible at the time of booking. Entry may be restricted based on availability but will try to be avoided.
The Homeowner must have a Homeowner card present with their homeowner number on it or they will be denied access.
Q: Can my guest come to KurSpa without me?
A: The Homeowner must be present and staying in the KurSpa with their Guest at all times. This means a homeowner is not able to drop a guest off to use the KurSpa, they need to be staying with them in the KurSpa
Q: When is KurSpa open?
A: KurSpa is open from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m., excluding the steams and saunas. Treatments are available at the KurSpa reception from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Steams and saunas are available from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Please note that the outdoor infinity pool will be closed for anuual maintenance between April 26 - May 2, 2020. Other pools will still be available, including the indoor pool, hot pool and Kneipp Waterway.
Q: What if I arrive or depart after7:30pm when KurSpa reception is closed?
A: The Front Desk will gladly check you in if your pre-booked access or confirm if there is space available for you to enjoy KurSpa for the rest of the evening. Any outstanding spa charges will be processed to the credit card on file should you not settle your final charges prior to this time.
Q: Am I required to pay for day spa access if I have a spa appointment?
A: Day access is $40 + tax per person, unless you have a spa appointment valued over $100 + tax, at that time the day access fee is waived.
Q: Will I be given access to KurSpa pool, steams and saunas when booking a Cryo Cold Treatment appointment?
A: Cryo Cold Treatment appointments come with access to locker use only. Additional purchase of day guest access would be required to enjoy the pools, steams and saunas.
Q: Are children allowed in the Spa?
A: Sparkling Hill Resort is an adult oriented wellness resort. Children under the age of 16 years old are not permitted in our KurSpa, including the pools, steam rooms and saunas.
Q: How should I best prepare for my KurSpa experience?
A: We ask you please arrive 30 minutes prior to the time of your appointment. You will be provided a locker, slippers, robe and towel for your visit. There are replacement fees for any locker keys and robes not returned upon checkout. Note that the use of mobile phones and electronic communication devices are not permitted in KurSpa facilities and please leave any valuables at home as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
