From the Inspired Living Organizing Committee

Predator Ridge is once again thrilled to support our artistically talented homeowners and residents by hosting the second annual Inspired Living Art Show and Sale in late spring of 2020 (date will be announced in early December).

This is a juried show and artist application is open to all residents and homeowners in Predator Ridge. The talent at Predator Ridge is evident and the enthusiastic response by the community was overwhelming! Last year, we had over 500 people attend the show and many came away with unique, one of a kind pieces of art to display in their homes.

This show is run by Predator Ridge homeowner volunteers . For information about the show and the application and jury process, timelines, logistics, and volunteer opportunities please contact

Creatively yours,
Inspired Living Organizing Committee

With Fall here and winter fast approaching, we wanted to take the time to bring up some grass killing issues that we have seen at Predator in the past. Frost damage can happen when anyone is driving a cart or walking their dog on cold mornings. These frozen mornings everyone should be on cartpaths, no exceptions. If you arent sure if it is frosty, please stay off all grass.
