GOLF SWING ASSESSMENT & TPI GOLF MOBILITY SCREEN

Not sure what to work on in your golf swing this off season? Instructor, Kyla Inaba will offer a swing assessment in combination with a golf movement screen. Swing guidance, drills & exercises provided to guide your off season practice.

JUNIOR PICKLEBALL LESSONS

Our junior pickleball program helps kids develop hand-eye coordination, paddle and ball skills, and footwork through exercises, drills, and games. WEEKLY PICKLEBALL SOCIALS

Join us every Tuesdays for a fun social night open to ALL. Our Landscape team is now in the process of blowing out all irrigation systems at Predator Ridge. 

Most owners* are required to turn your irrigation valve off before we can properly winterize your system.

At Fire Station #3, our community’s safety is upheld by the brave hearts of our auxiliary firefighters, whose dedication enriches our lives year-round.

This month, we’re shining a spotlight on auxiliary firefighter Brian Kuzemchuk.

CHARITY CLASSIC GOLF TOURNAMENT CELEBRATES RECORD-BREAKING YEAR

“We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day or a more amazing group of people to help us celebrate our 15th annual Charity Classic golf tournament. Thank you for your participation, and for helping to make it our most amazing year yet.

We’re so pleased to let you know that we raised over $425,000, more than any other year in our Charity Classic history. 

With the generous donations received, including the donation of the green fees by the Predator Ridge Members, people in our community will now have access to improved colon cancer screening using AI technology. This means faster treatment, better outcomes and, ultimately, greater cancer prevention.  

In addition to technology to enhance cancer screening, this year’s tournament will fund a substantial list of urgently needed medical equipment and technology identified by medical staff — from surgical tools and specialized mobility devices to equipment used to monitor a baby’s heartbeat in utero.

Next year’s Charity Classic is scheduled for Sunday August 24, 2025.

EVENING WALKING REMINDER: STAY VISIBLE, STAY SAFE

We kindly remind residents to prioritize safety during evening walks. Please consider wearing bright or reflective clothing to enhance visibility for drivers. Utilizing crosswalks and remaining cautious at blind corners can ensure a safer community experience for everyone. 

STAY OUT OF ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITES

We’ve received a variety of reports from site superintendents at Predator Ridge that people are trespassing into active construction sites around our community. Please respect all signage and fencing which is there for your safety. If you would like a tour of any of our sites, please contact our real estate team and we would be happy to set something up for you. The safety of our residents, staff and guests is our top priority. Thank you for your cooperation and for respecting all signage.

PRIVATE STRATA GARBAGE AREAS

As a kind reminder, several stratas within our community operate their own private garbage facilities which are for exclusive use of residents in these stratas. Unlike the majority of residences at Predator Ridge, these stratas do not receive weekly garbage and recycling pickups from the City of Vernon and pay to operate their own systems. Additional collection requirements directly cost residences in these stratas extra fees.

The residents within these stratas would like to remind and request that all Predator Ridge residents be good neighbours and avoid dumping garbage, furniture and other materials at these private facilities. Additional measures are being added including locks on bins, signage and potentially installing security cameras.

CAETANI CENTRE HOSTS CULTURE DAYS UNTIL OCTOBER 12

The Caetani Centre is hosting several free and by-donation events as part of Culture Days, including a multi-media exhibition, a documentary screening, and a poetry book launch, celebrating the creativity of local artists. Self-guided tours of the historic Caetani home will also be offered on Fridays and Saturdays from Sept. 27 to Oct. 12, showcasing family artifacts and art. Learn More.

The Silver Dips are a mixed team that welcomes all new paddlers! The team was created in 2014 and most of the team members are fairly new to dragon boating.
