Experience the Predator Ridge lifestyle with our Long Term Rental program.  Every year between October and April, we open our accommodation for monthly rentals. 

Choose to stay in our condo-style Lodge units located in the heart of our Village Centre or for a bit more space, choose one of our private cottage or executive home rentals.

All our monthly rentals come complete with access to our world-class amenities and all units are fully furnished and include full kitchens, fireplace and balcony or patios.  Your rental also includes all utilities including cable, internet, hydro and more.

    The Predator Ridge Lodge

    Located right in the heart of Predator Ridge, the Lodge buildings overlook the Predator Course with convenient access to Commonage Market, the Clubhouse and Pallino’s. Guests of the Lodge have exclusive use of the Lodge Parking lot. The Lodge features vacation rental style condos with studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites configurations. All units have a full kitchen, cooking utensils, gas fireplaces, balconies, or patios.

    Long Term rental pricing in the Lodge ranges from $1,500 – $2,400/month.

    Peregrine Cottages

    Stay in the privacy of your own vacation home with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living and dining areas and a large balcony and terrace. Staying in a Peregrine Cottage gives you lots of privacy and easy access to our trail system and all our amenities. All cottages are a quick walk away from the heart of the resort.

    Falcon Point Cottages

    Located in our Falcon Point neighbourhood, our Falcon Point cottages offer tons of privacy and conveniences. These vacation home rentals are available with one, two and three bedroom configurations, all with full kitchens, living and dining areas and private balconies with barbecues. Our Falcon Point cottages offer convenient access to our trail system and are a quick walk away from the heart of the resort.

    Long Term rental pricing ranges from $2,000 – $2,800/month.

    Affinity Homes

    Located right in the heart of Predator Ridge, Our executive vacation home rentals in the Affinity neighborhood, include full kitchens, living and dining areas, large private patios with barbecues and gas fire pits. Two bedrooms with a den, and 3-bedroom homes are available.

    Fieldglass Homes

    Located just steps from the resort centre, FieldGlass offers masterfully designed Executive Vacation Home rentals with plenty of centralized entertainment spaces inside and out with private infinity pool. Three to five-bedroom homes are available.
