Terms & Conditions

Predator Ridge Resort offers vacation rental accommodations in The Lodges, Peregrine Cottages and The Falcon Point Villas in compliance with provincial and federal laws pertaining to the rental of rooms to guests on a non-discriminatory basis.

All reservations are subject to following terms and conditions:

TAX/SVC CHARGES/FEES: Please be aware that we are required to add 5% Federal Goods & Services Tax (GST), 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and a 3% Municipal & Regional District Tax (additional hotel room tax) + 10% Resort Fee per room per night based upon the rate of accommodation.

ECOBASE FEES: We are proud to be ecobase certified, reducing our carbon footprint as well as reducing energy, water and waste. A $2 ecobase charge* will be added to each room night, making your stay completely carbon neutral and good for the planet. RATES: The rates shown in this confirmation may be a total rate, average of nightly rate, or a combination of packages and a flat nightly rate plus any tax and assessment fees. Please call for specific rate detail if you have any questions.

BOOKING/DEPOSITS: A credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee all reservations. A one night deposit is required at the time of booking. Remaining payment is processed on arrival. 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. During peak seasons, the unit may not be available until 6:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A fee equal to 50% of the nightly rate may be charged for any late check-out that has not been authorized in advance by Predator Ridge Resort. No late check-outs will be allowed during busy holiday periods and peak Summer months.

UPON ARRIVAL: A valid credit card and photo identification are required at the time of check-in. Every reservation requires at least one person staying in the room to be 21 years of age or older. Full Payment for your stay is processed on arrival plus an additional amount is authorized for charging to your room on a credit card at the time of check in.

CANCELLATIONS: To avoid a cancellation charge, we require 14 days prior to your expected day of arrival for all accommodation bookings. For cancellations made within the restrictions of this policy, one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. SPECIAL PROMOTIONS may be subject to FULL PAYMENT upon booking and NON-REFUNDABLE. Early and late checkout available, but subject to availability. Time extension dictates price (from $50.00 to full day charge).


SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONS: Please note that if you have reserved your accommodations at one of our promotional campaigns at a discounted rate, be aware that these bookings are non-refundable and no changes can be made to the reservation. The value of the entire stay will be charged at time of booking.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED: Guests must present a valid credit card upon check-in. Guest authorizes Predator Ridge Resort to charge the credit card for the cost of any repairs, excessive cleaning or other charges that may result from the guest's failure to comply with Predator Ridge Resort rental policies. If these charges exceed the guest's credit limit, guest will pay the difference immediately.

PET POLICY: Pets are allowed only in units designated as "pet friendly." A pet fee is required of $35 per night up to a maximum of $200 per week. (Taxes apply). The guest is responsible for any damage caused by the pet. A maximum of one dog with a weight limit of 50lbs is allowed in select Lodge units. A maximum of one dog with a weight limit of 50lbs is allowed in select Peregrine cottages.  A maximum of two dogs with a weight limit of 80lbs are allowed in select Falcon Point Villa units. Any dog with a history of aggressive or dangerous behavior is not allowed. Pets may not be left unattended in the unit. Guest will observe applicable leash laws for their pet. A pet fee will be added to all online reservations booked in "pet-friendly" Lodge units and Cottages.

HOUSEKEEPING: Predator Ridge prides itself on being an eco-friendly Resort in all aspects of our operation. From eliminating the use of plastic water bottles on our golf courses, to a more environmentally friendly housekeeping service. We provide housekeeping services to all rental units after every second night of stay. Should you require additional housekeeping services during your stay, please contact the front desk and we would be happy to increase these services based on your requirements. Additional fees may apply. For the safety of our staff and guests, no occupied rooms will be serviced while guests are present. Guest rooms will be inspected upon checkout. A guest may be charged additional fees for extensive cleaning or damage repair beyond the normal cleaning process.

USE OF PROPERTY: The property will be used only for vacation purposes. No landlord-tenant relationship is created during guest use of property. Guest will comply with all laws, rules and regulations. Guest is responsible for locking doors and securing the property. Guest will not allow anyone to damage or destroy the property during their stay. Guest will not cause excessive noise or disruption to the neighborhood, or create a nuisance. Only the registered guest and his/her authorized guests may use the property. Guest will not move furniture, artwork, or accessories and will not attach anything to walls during their stay. Guest will pay for any damage including necessary maintenance, repairs, additional housekeeping and cleaning charges.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS: The maximum overnight occupancy for a unit is two persons per bedroom plus two additional persons. Occupancy limits will be strictly enforced, and violations may result in immediate eviction from the unit and forfeiture of all rent and fees.

REPORTING DAMAGE: Guest should examine the property upon arrival, and promptly report to the Predator Ridge Resort Front Desk any visible damage, inoperable appliances or other adverse conditions at the property. Guest is responsible for any damage discovered after departure.

EXCESSIVE NOISE AND UNRULY BEHAVIOUR: Guests must respect the peace and tranquility of our community. Guests will not disturb or interfere with any neighbor. Disorderly conduct or unruly behavior such as loud parties and gatherings at the property involving large amounts of alcohol are not permitted. If excessive noise or other unruly behaviour results in complaints by the neighbors or notification by police, guest will be required to vacate the property and will forfeit all rent and fees.

UNDERAGE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION: Predator Ridge Resort prohibits the consumption of alcohol by (and the provision of alcohol to) all persons under the age of 19 and reserves the right to evict any guests who are found to be in violation of this provision.

PREDATOR RIDGE ACCESS DURING STAY:  Predator Ridge Resort staff may access the property during guest occupancy to make any necessary repairs; provide any guest-requested housekeeping services (subject to additional fees); to verify compliance with occupancy limits and other rental policies, and in case of an emergency as may be determined by Predator Ridge Resort.

NO SMOKING: No smoking is permitted in any property managed by Predator Ridge Resort. Evidence of smoking at a property will result in additional cleaning fees.

UPON DEPARTURE: Guest will leave the property in the same condition as they found it upon arrival, less ordinary wear and tear. All trash will be placed in the receptacles provided in the unit. All dishes must be cleaned or dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure to avoid a $50 cleaning fee.  All keys will be returned to the Predator Ridge Resort Front Desk. All guest personal items will be removed.
