There’s no such thing as a bad time of year to visit the Okanagan and fall weddings here are becoming more popular. In the fall the temperature is just right, its harvest time at the wineries and a perfect time to enjoy the most prized delights the valley serves. It is also the time when the valley starts to slow down and you’ll find shorter lines compared to the busy peak travel months of July & August.

Predator Ridge has always been my family’s go-to for special occasions, birthdays and anniversary celebrations.  

After we got engaged, we were celebrating with a dinner at Range Lounge & Grill. After dinner, my mother snuck us down to the ballroom and said we had to have the reception there.  After meeting with one of the Predator Ridge Event Planners we were sold.

We got married October 21, 2017 at St. James Catholic Church and had our reception at Predator Ridge.

The location was perfect and all of our out of town guests, even ones coming from Kelowna, stayed at the Lodge for the weekend.  It was so nice and a huge bonus to have everyone together at the same place.

Having been to their restaurant many times before, the food and service were big selling points for me. There were so many options for food and our Event Planner was so helpful in helping us plan everything we needed for our number of guests (the late night snacks were huge hit!)

The quality of service we received during the whole weekend was absolutely outstanding.

My bridesmaids and I stayed in the Lodge the night before the wedding and got ready together in the morning.  The front desk was so helpful with coordinating with my hair and make-up people coming and going, as well as going above and beyond by bringing up anything and everything we forgot. 

I would totally recommend Predator Ridge as a wedding destination. Having a dedicated event planner help guide us through all the decisions was so helpful and took so much stress off of the big day. We probably had one of the most stress free weddings I’ve ever been to and I credit a lot of that to the staff at Predator Ridge.
